Bible Eyes
Canada's Egyptrixx just released a full-length debut, and it is dance music of biblical proportions.
In my eyes (or book, as in bible) he made it into gospel with the width and forward-lookin attitude that this album is bursting with. You get a little bit of everything here. There is pop, there is straight club music, he has some sort of stomping ground in UK dance music, but there is also a more eerie and moody side to it. You can get the whole thing on Spotify here. My personal top three that really show-cases the width of the album are Naples, Rooks Theme and Fuji Club. So good! The label behind him, Night Slugs, is London's most talked-about dance label in the recent year. Check out their catalog, so much interesting stuff. There is also a video out acompanying the intro track in a very good way.
