Post Yugoslavian War Monuments

Yugoslavian president Josip Broz Tito decided to raise some pretty amazing post WWII monuments in and around Yugoslavia in the 60's and 70's. The monuments where raised where prominent battles occurred and where concentration camps had stood.

After the Republic dissolved in early 90's, they were completely abandoned. Almost 20 years later, photographer Jan Kempenaers took a map, travelled to these locations and snapped these INSANE photos.
